Terms and conditions:
Full payment is due upon arrival as per the confirmed booking for all nights booked including early departures. For payment made by credit or debit card we will add the bank's charge to us of 3% to the final bill.
Check-in and Check-out times etc.
Check-in time is after 2:00pm.
Check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
If an earlier check-in or later check-out is required we recommend the room should be booked for an additional day as appropriate if you wish to guarantee the room will be fully available. We will however do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures whenever possible.
If you don't appear to have heard from us within 24 hours, please look in your spam or junk mail folder. Service providers often divert "first time mailings" to these folders.
