hello jiab and peter
our short stay at pjs-place (30th july - 2nd august) was really great. the hospitality unbeatable, the rooms beautiful. we always had the feeling, "returning home" and not really "retuning to our hotel"
@ jiab: thank you for the tours - just great.
wishing you all the best!!
regards, hans - beate - vera

I am just back from a month in Thailand, and spent a week in Chiang Mai, at PJ's.
Very nice house in a manicured garden, with fountains, and not a noise to be heard. Though not far from the center of town !
Peter and Jiab made me feel so welcome and feeling at home! They have answers to any question and are very helpful.
Everything is perfect, the room, the breakfast, the ever attentive staff.
I am already planning my next trip....

Recently I returned from my third visit to PJ's. Peter and Jiab were as warm and welcoming as usual. I have to admit that it feels like coming home when returning to PJ's and look forward to many return visits.

I recently had the pleasure of staying two nights at PJs. While Chiang Mai is growing into a less than charming "Rose of the North", PJs reminds me of a time of old fashioned Thai style, combined with wonderful rooms, and life in a garden. The owners are both charming and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Definitely one of the nicest places I've stayed - outdoing even some of the ***** hotels I've been. PJ's Place is a comfortably secluded miniature-resort, carefully designed where each point of view reveals new detail. The garden is a sea of tranquility, a Garden of Eden that seems to support it's own little eco-system. We spent a week, including Songkran and even though I love getting wet 'n' wild, it was easy to retreat and recharge the batteries before rejoining the hustle and bustle. Great food at the nearby Lemon Tree at more than reasonable prices and the very nice Soho bar next door made that we hardly had to leave the area for a complete and totally satisfying week's holiday. Thank you Peter, thank you Jiab!

Peter and Jiab, we had an amazing trip and PJ's was one of the best guesthouses we've been to. Tim and I spent 5 days and enjoyed every one of them. Our room and breakfasts were impeccable. Thank you Jiab for arranging dinner for our 20th Anniversary...a night we'll never forget! ~ Tim and Stephen

Hi, Jiab and Peter. We have been home for just over a week now, and miss Thailand very much. Pj's was such a lovely place to stay. A retreat in the heart of Chiang Mai. A beautiful garden with immaculately presented accommodation. You and your staff were very hospitable and friendly, with a fantastic knowledge about the city. We met some great people whilst in Chiang Mai, and would highly recommend your lovely home to friends.
Hope to stay at Pj's Place again in the future. Thank you.

Im just home from almost 4 weeks in Thailnd, with the final week being spent at PJs place in Chiang Mai. This was an excellent place to stay..luxury room in a quiet but easily accessible setting. Shops, bars and restaurants are all in easy walking distance. Very friendly and informative hosts too. Thanks Peter, Jiab and staff for a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. I hope to be back soon! An excellent place to stay in Chiang Mai. Truly an oasis. My stay included several days in each accommodation level, De-luxe double and Luxury suite. The suite was so nice I had to force myself to leave each day. The absolute best reason to stay at PJ’s Place is Peter and Jiab, beautiful people. They provide advice, travel services, airport pickup/drop-off, and more. Everything is done at an extremely high level of attention to detail. The entire property is kept in tip top condition and spotlessly clean. Their staff is to be commended for their excellent work. I highly recommend PJ’s Place as the place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Such a serene setting, an oasis in the midst of busy Chiang Mai. Gracious hosts and service.
My coffee was stirred by a most handsome, traditionally dressed Thai man each morning, what a way to start the day!!!

What a wonderful time I had staying at PJ's - only five nights, I now wish it had been more - It was lovely to be collected at the airport as well as being dropped off.
The accomodation was one of my favourites whilst in Thailand - nothing was too much trouble - great attention to detail - I hope to stay for longer next time I am there - Many many thanks to Peter and Jiab who made me feel like I was a real guest in a beautiful home - theirs - kindest regards, Michael
